Notes: - After spending time in Germany as an exchange student, the country obviously has a soft spot for us. That having been said, Germany is not our favorite destination, but well worth a visit or two if you havent' had a chance. The people are friendly, and the food is good and hearty. Beer is better across the border in Belgium, (and England!) but do not tell the Germans that!

Recommendations: - Eat local specialities - especially the game and roast meat dishes. Red cabbage, red cabbage, red cabbage! If you get tired of lagers, try an Alt-Bier. Prepare for rain if you visit.
