Wall damage in the sun porch, probably caused by tremors. The bad renter not only took the telephone, but if you look closely, you can see how the paint is two different colors on the wall! Water damage in the front living room. This carpet is being replaced. We thought the water was from water damming up outside, but now suspect the roof. Bad renter broke light fixtures, and their smoke stained everything. Bad renter wanted his own door lock, so removed the solid brass one that was on the door. Apparently too busy to remove the last screw, the sold brass handle kept swaying, and damaged the door. Sadly they also disposed of the parts, so we were unable to put it back. nice work, huh? The living room during the painting process. Yes, we painted all the walls wiith that single small ladder! Karen in the bathroom, painting away. The finished living room. The wall patches didn't come out too bad. finished hallway finished bathroom The roof work was a lot more extensive than we had hoped, and as we had neither the time, tools, or experience, some professionals were hired. This entire side of garage needed new underlayment. And as you can see, loose tiles and new concrete caps were needed through out.
